Update from a 12/23/12 report - FTLS, Inc had contracted to sell a 5-6 year old shelf corporation with credit funding. After the ripoff report was filed, on 1/18/13, they submitted corporation papers of an entity that had been formed on the day before claiming this was the corporation that had been promised. It was filed in Colorado for $1.00 and there was no way that funding could be approved for this corporation. They then asked for additional funds to complete the funding requirement of the contract. I was told that failure to deposit the additional funds would put the corporation "on hold" for funding. It was apparent that they only wanted to take additional funds from me.
