| I ordered a 14 day free trail for a wrinkle reducer.I got it in the mail on the 7th day and on the terms and agreement it said it would take atleast 7 days with your RMA # to be processed.So I went back and there were 3 phone #'s to call to get this RMA number 1 was US !-866-881-1138 the reply on the other end was 52-3 the other 2 were UK.and Australia,I even tried to call them no answer.I have found a web site by just luck.I have been on the computer for 4 hours.I found Acai return policy and it had Juveneu wrinkle reducer return policy with a # 888-222-5907 rings once and then (DEAD)The product says it comes from England and the package was from Fulfillment Center in Georiga.They intend to charg my credit card Aug.25th will be 14 days.I had to put a hold on my card.This is a RIPOFF |

| i have had problems with this company - i saw an advert surgesting that juvenue and hydroxatone used together as a anti - wrinkle cream was the miricle cure and was offering a trial at the cost of £1.99 each for shipping - when i hadnt recieved anything i contacted them by email - juveneu sent me an address for harley street london with a contact tel number which just keeps you online - and hydroxatone actually had the cheek to ring me - they told me it would take 3wks to get to me - but they had more samples to offer me - i told them not to be rude but i am not going to pay for more samples if i havent had the last lot yet - i suggested that maybe this was a scam and funily enough i had the money refunded back to my account but still no products sent - looked at my online banking only to find money taken from my bank account from juvenue of £59 - i contacted my bank and they told me that its not fraud as i gave my details volentary - but apparently in the terms and conditions in small print it says that they will take monthly charges. i told the bank that i had not received any merchandise for these charges - it seems there is nothing i can do - i just dont want anybody else to go through this - it should not be aloud - the complaint is ongoing but it seems i can kiss this goodbye. michelle. |

| Has anyone found a Customer Service email address for Juvenue, like many out there the Bank wont do anything until I have cancelled the account with them, but I cancelled my card after a second payment was taken from my account 14 days after the 1st payment came out which was 1 day after I recieved the Product.The best I can hope for is a credit, but if I cant find them, that wont happen.After banking with Westpac for so many years I found it difficult to have my Mastercard looked after.!!! |

| i did a survey on facebook and chose juveneu as my free gift, paid $1.99 postage. the stuff came, then 4 days later they took $84.14 out of my account. i found a number to ring, and explained the situation, lucky i kept the bag it was delivered in which states it is a gift and not a trial, though the email they sent the second time says it's a trial. anyway they have agreed to put the money back into my account, but i will only believe that when i see it. never again, if it has'nt got PayPal, i'm not buying. |

was the same for me never received package for the trail only on the day that was received I find out that I was out of pocket about $ 90 all together with out even open the package and try it
made a few calls that also cost me money and aggravation
Shame on the people and companies that misrepresent them self selling RUBBISH make me see
that if I look in the mirror I do not have to use that (crap) I'm beautiful as it is inside and out

Hi all you people
I have just left a message on other complaints so as a lot of you folks are from USA, Australia or New Zealand here is jist of it. My wife ordered juveneu along with a product form another Company called Hydroxatone and found it difficult to cancel so I.m on the case. For juveneu here are phone numbers to call, I know number from UK works so
UK: 20 3514 1398
US: 1 866 881 1138
Aust: 61 2 9191 2787
Now when I called from UK I just dialed the number as is and got through first time but I had another query but had to add 00 first so as to get through, don't know why this happened.
Anyway once you get through and hopefully you will. Customer Service Person will ask reason for call and away you go, give account number or whatever and say you wish to cancel account, you will be given a cancellation number and thats that. But I would also advise if you can't get a positive assurance of a rebate then block your credit card and get sent a replacement with new account nuber then at least you wont get anymore nasty withdrawals. Hope this helps, check other complaints I have put comments on them as well, good luck and remember you get nothing for nothing in this world, live with that motto and you wont go wrong.

I left a message on other complaints page and some people benefited so here goes.
As most of people on this complaint are either from USA, Austalia or New Zealand then I don't know if numbers I give are good but UK one does get you through to juveneu.
USA: 1 866 881 1138
UK: 20 3514 1398 (sometimes may have to put (00) before number but not alway's)
Australia: 61 2 9191 2787
As said did get through from UK and spoke to Customer Service Person who asked reason for call.
Told them I wished to close account my wife had opened for Juveneu, gave them details ask for, account was closed and a cancellation number supplied.
As a matter of course though, arranged for credit card to be blocked and at present waiting on repacement with new account number.
Now remember this folks: You get nothing for nothing in this world so better to live with that motto stops you getting fingers burnt, good luck and I hope this helps

I took up my wifes case and got through to juveneu spoke to a customer service rep and managed to cancel account with them. But I also blocked credit card as a safety issue and waiting on replacement card with new number.

I have had the same problem but have just spoken to someone on this Number if your in Australia
02 9191 2787 according to the operator this is a phone number in England supposedly toll free so if you ring remember time diff she said no return policy if you dont contact within 14 days. Well how can you when the goods take longer than that to arrive as I told her it took over 20 days to get here. Anyway try the number I now have to wait for E-Mail from them to see if they will refund !!! |

I have just called the Australia number 02 9191 2787 and got a person who said she was in England a toll ree number we will see! told me as I hadnt contacted them within 14 days no refund so I said how could I call when product took 21 days to arrive I now have to wait for an e-mail from them to tell me if I get arefund.

| i know i was scammed also i live in australia and ordered yhe same FREE bottle of magic as you all did and i was taken for $86.27 nice to see they mix the price around as they choose i have emailed countless times i have tried calling the australian company does anyone have their number bacause i keep getting :check the number and try again: i am cancelling my card tomorrow because unlike them i work hard and long hours for my wages while scum like that just take what is not theirs |

| I have sent for the juvenue anti wrinkle cream. Mine has arrived but I want to send it back. I have requested an RMA number and have tried to phone but get cut off. I too have cancelled my card. This is a scam to get your card details. Waiting to receive the RMA number and my bank statement to see what has been deducted |

| I have been scammed as well! I have cancelled my credit card following being charged $88 AUD when they were only supposed to take the trial amount of $1.99 USD. Outrageous. And to top it off, the jar of jeveneu was absolutely TINY!! I guess consumer affairs will be hearing of this, but that won't get my money back! |

| I paid a 1.99 and Juneneu arrived I noticed that $110 was taken from my card but I ordered Hydroxatone a sample and that arrived two jars saying they were going to debit my card for $150.00 I cancelled my card that's what you have to do they infromed me that they were going to keep on sending me a jar every month. never again from New Zealaqnd |
