I went online to order the Furniture Fix, at the end of the order they had countless more offers that weren't too clear. When you finish clicking no thank you, you get your receipt, no page to confirm the price or anything like you're supposed to, just straight to charging you. The total came out to 60 dollars and some change, tax was 30.00 total for some plastic peices that should only cost at the most 10 dollars to ship and handle. I called their customer service imidiatly and they said to wait until I got the account confirmation number. Once I got the confirmation number I called back to cancel. When I called back to cancel for the 2nd time she told me she couldn't find my order and to call back in four hours to cancel it. It was 7:00pm when I called and this place closes at 10:00pm I'm sure she's aware no one will be there in four hours. There probably isn't much I can do about this, but warn people not to order from FurnitureFix.com
