Garden Grove Hyundai Finance Managers Unethical ripped off dealership Garden Grove, California

My parents who are old and neither have enough knowledge or sufficient
English, whose income combined from ssi is only $900 and they were
talked into buying a $20000 car and qualified for the loan of $23000
with $2000 down at Garden Grove Hyundai. On top of that the contract
agreement includes all the options that they are not aware of, like 'Car Accessories, Finishing touch'. (well, they have to make up something to scam people if one one look) How
illegal is that? I have tried to come the next day to ask them to cancel
the purchase but they said my parents didn't buy the cancellation
option, which wasn't presented or mentioned to them during the buying
process, hence the purchase can't be canceled. I ask them for the
lender's phone number but they refused to give out the lender number,
how ridiculous is that. So I have filed the complains with the following
office and you should to if you believe you or your family members are
taken advantage of by this dealer:
