On or about 12/08, I had rented 100 Teeway Garden, Davenport, Florida, 33896, for about 5 weeks for $2,700, from Laura Konswinski. She sold the house, without telling me, to Gary and Ivonne Wilson, from the Isle of Arran, UK. Later, she admitted selling the house to them. All the monies I had given her, she forwarded to the Wilsons. I began receiving information from Columbus Vacation, in Clermont, Florida, on behalf of Mr. Wilson, who listed his address in his license at the house, 100 Teeway Garden, under Columbus Vacation, and who also owns a company called Arran Cleaning Company, in the UK. Mr. Wilson sent me an email on 1/2009, requesting an additional $300 for the house security rental because Ms. Konswinski had forgotten to do so. I had payed about $286 to have the pool heated. I had contacted Mr. Wilson, to heat the pool, and also Columbus Vacation, in Clermont, the management company for the house. I never received the heat on the pool, because the pump was broken, so I told Mr. Wilson to use the $286, as the security for the house, to be refunded to me, upon inspection of the premises at the end. He stated that he could not put the $286 for the security, and that I should send him an additional $300.
And that he will send a staff member from Columbus Vacation to collect it. I refused to give the additional $300, because I saw it as an extortion process, since he already had my $286 from the pool. We left the house immaculate, even better than we received it, because we anticipated problems. He never refunded us the money stating we left the house dirty. Beware of these people, and do not rent from them. They are thieves. I have all the emails to prove my point. Thank you,
