geeks.com ComputerGeeks.com The sell non-working junk then refuse to refund the shipping when you send it back Oceanside, California
21st of Dec, 2011 by User515958
This company sells 'refurbished' computers, which is just code for 'complete junk'. I had the misfortune of buying a PC from them which was not working. I shipped it back to them as they asked, and they did not have a replacement so they refunded the cost of the PC. However, they are refusing to refund the cost for me to ship it back to them. This was not me changing my mind about something I bought, this is something that was shipped to me broken! Their fault, and they're expecting ME to assume the cost of shipping it back to them. I have asked for them to refund the shipping to me and they have refused. I have made a complaint to their local BBB and noticed they have an F rating. If I knew how badly they were viewed by their local BBB I would never have got involved with this bunch of charlatans in the first place!
