There customer service is a 1 out of 10, my boyfriend and I visited the Jewelry Mart on Hill Street downtown LA and had the misfortune of going into Gobal Rings Jewelry on the 9th floor Suite #920. At that store no one ever answers the phone. On our visit to the store this guy was in the back room talking on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes hashing out some financial problems with someone on the phone. He was yelling and carrying on. Me and my Boyfriend could hear everything this guy was saying and he seem not care a bit at least he gave us no greeting or attempted to give us any service. When he finally came out from his room he then offer to show us some rings by then we where ready to go and the he caught real pushy. He then insisted and tried showing us some bogus rings with fake diamonds in them saying that there where real even though the stone's where not, he's insisted a push on. This guy is a real sleeze. This guy is shady. When I called the store twice before going and I was put on hold for 10 minutes on both occasions, that should have been the tell all sign. I should have known then. that there service and there integrity was no up to par. Because after me and my boyfriend started asking this guy questions he just brush our concerns off and discounted what we had to say to him. He really turn us off. First he had no time for us, he didn't even bleak for an second and Then all of a sudden he come out trying to force us to stay and look at his merchandise. Then showing us some ring with Cubic Zirconia I guess he though we would not know the difference or maybe he was joking in case that was flat out wrong. He continue to make up excuse about not waiting on us and treat us like we knew nothing. I am
a Doctor in LA and so is my boyfriend and I really feel that this store was trying to rip us off. They lack
professionalism maybe a reflection of the Store manager Billiy Lulo. The store is very dirty and unorganized and this guy makes to many mistakes so if he can't get the small things right how can
he get the big things right, like a 2 carat ring. No big purchase for us there, We traveled the extra miles and went over to a rea1 jewelry for that matter instead. The manager at Global Rings Jewelry seems not to want our business and that’s fine we bought at Ribbions Bros., instead! Jenny & John

Global Rings Jewelry Is one of the best jeweler In down town los angeles And Have been In business for a long long time ...I have bought my wedding rings from them in 1983 and now mu son just got engaged and he bought his rings from them ad cannot ask for a better deal or quality ...I don't think that it is fare that a person posts nonsense on the internet ...i work for the dept Of justice ad I will help billy lulo and global rings find out who this person is and have this removed from the internet ..I don't think being in business for 30 years we happen if that statement is true that person who ever they are must just be bored and lonely and have no life...to have time to put people down...I highly Recommend BIlly and Global rings and would not trust anyone else but Global rings jewelry you guys are the best...

Before I discovered this oasis I went on a manhunt for the perfect engagement ring; 2 weeks and 20+ places later I stumbled across G.R.U., where I found exactly what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. I ordered a pair of 1/2 carat diamond bezel-ed stud earrings online from Global Rings. I honestly did not have high expectations because the price was so low and I've had bad luck with ordering online, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received them. The owner even included a cleaner, a polishing cloth, and an appraisal. The quality of the earrings is great. They really were exactly what I was looking for. The customer service through the purchase was great as well.

My experience at Global Rings was great! Billy and Lupe’s treatment of me was first rate! Billy listens very carefully to his customers. I called before hand to let Billy know what I was looking for. When I arrived the next day, a beautiful diamond was waiting for me. Billy nailed it the first time. He presented an absolutely gorgeous center cut that exceeded my expectations. The diamond was mounted while I waited. The price was fantastic. He sold me a diamond that was top notch and high quality. Robin’s Brothers cannot compare in price. I was initially hesitant about buying an engagement ring online as was my family. However, after shopping all the retail chains I kept coming back to Globalringsjewelry.com for the selection and prices. I purchased the ring and almost immediately received a phone call from them verifying my purchase and asking if I had any questions which put me at ease. I was still a little skeptical after receiving the ring, even though it was very beautiful, so I immediately took it to the appraiser. It appraised for nearly double what I paid and all the specifications (size, color, etc.) were the same as what I had purchased. I was so satisfied with my purchase and the customer service, it makes me want to get married again just so I can shop with Global Rings. Just kidding! Thanks again.

Top-notch jeweler with amazing service and quality I bought an engagement ring from Global Rings and was apprehensive given the first time dealing with them and a payment to them over $4000. Billy and this company is simply the very best. The ring they delivered was superbly crafted and breathtaking. It matched the stone specifications very well. They are a true pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation. I just ordered another ring and I know it will be phenomenal!! |
