i to use globel tel link to talk with my son. i have 2 accounts one for me and one for my daughter. I pay for these lines. i don't have problems with my line. but as of june 2011,I have had problems with my daughters line. i put money on her line, but it never goes into the account. back in june i put money on her account and they said i didn't have funds. but i did, and to my surprise they took the money out twice and it threw me into over draft. i called globe tele link hoping to get this straighten out. but that never happen. i want to know whrere that money went.. I tryed to put money on this account again and once again it never showed up on the account but was withdrawl out of my checking. i called once again but they said they had no record of it being posted, i told the lady i talked with, it was withdrawl out of my checking. but not showin on my account. She acted like i was lieing. she never offered an investagated report or anything. she didn't know what the problems and she couldn't help because it didn't show up on my account. Well tell me somthing i don't know.. i too would like answerss. Where is our MONEY going.

For almost 6 months now I have been frustrated with the telephone calls from my son. There is a lot of statis and many calls are so broken up that you can't understand a word that is said. Why pay for calls where you can't understand a word that is said?
