Do not make Agreements or give your money to this man , he has been scamming the residents of Ponciana Island for a while as his Online trading company is almost bankrupt, uses threats and promises to get his way ( watches too much Soprano's) , People have sold thier homes and lost thousands because of his evil ways, he thinks it will go on forever , but an investigation is being taken up now , do not fall for his words or threats , is in secretive dealings with Gaston Rene Siroit of Ponciana island taking and giving bribes

As counsel for the Poinciana Island Yacht & Racquet Club Condominium Association, Inc. (“Association”), we are writing to clarify that the allegations posted on this website are not supported by any evidence, and the Association’s President, Greg Capra, has denied same.

As such, the statements published on this website using the anonymous username “User763223” may further constitute defamatory remarks. Demand is hereby made that you immediately remove these statements from this website and cease and desist from publishing any further allegations concerning the Association or its President unless you have verified the truthfulness of such statements.

If you fail to comply with the Association’s demand, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
