Harris Poll Online Hi Points Failure to pay. Internet

I Have been participating in Harris Poll Online for some time now. I have done many surveys and was building up my points for a specific reward. Then recently they changed the reward system. The reward I was building toward was taken away.
On the new hi reward site I choose an Amazon gift card. I payed for this gift card with my points. They were deducted from my account. When I checked out I thought it said it may take up to 3-5 days to authenticate.
On the seventh day I had not received the gift card e-mail. I wrote to the help desk. They wrote back that it takes 7-10 business days. It is now the 14th day or the 11th business day and no e-mail with the Amazon gift code.
I would not recommend this website to any one. It is a waste of time. They do not give the promised reward as promised, if ever.
