Health Option One Bigest Scam EVER! Syosset, New York

My daughter was looking for health insurance and so these people called her back after she had filled out this survey thing online and said we have found the best health insurance for you! The agent told us (as she put the guy on speaker) that she would have $20.00 copays for scripts and so she asked the guy if her prescription she gets would be covered and he said "oh yes ma'am". He gets her credit card number and says it will be $400.00 to start, she said ok gave him the card number and they charged $400.00 to her account. She goes to the doctor today and they said this isn't insurance but a discount health plan. We were stunned to say the least! She never used the so-called insurance and now she is out $400.00, had to get to the bank immediately to close that account so as to not be charged anymore! When I called customer service to let them know there are agents out there lying and stating they are health insurance, they just said "we are very sorry and that agent will be fired" but of course we won't get the money back!
