If your reading this, I'm 'praying' it's not too late. I could go on and on, but I will just state the facts.
I was in desperate need of a car. They took 1300.00 from me and deferred the rest of the down payment of 1200.00 for 45 days. I made my first payment, but when the lump sum time came, I was short. I called ahead of time and tried to work something out with them, but they were rude and callous. They stated that there was no way they could do anything other than what was already agreed upon and told me that I needed to return the car. So I had paid 1300.00 plus 299.00 in less then 45 days and they have already reposessed the car. They would NOT work with me to keep it, allthough there is ample income in our household and it could have been worked out easily.
Of course, I was furious, so I started researching Heaven Sent, and wow!
If you go to thier site and read the about us, It talks about being Christian and treating people the way they would want to be treated. They must like being treated terribly!
So I started digging.... Now I wonder why the Owner, Peter Cunningham is not the one who applies for all the licensing. Then I found out that He is on probation for a DUI untill 2011. I wonder what church he goes to??? I guess it doesn't matter, he probably has to drink to live with himself after taking alot of money from Hard working people and then taking back their cars! I am not the only one... do a search on Google... you'll find plenty more about Heaven Sent there. Whats the point? If you are desperate, and have terrible credit, and a little money to put down on a car, Don't be fooled by Heaven Sent.... They Will Treat you real nice, till they have your money, but when problems arrive, you will feel like the Idiot they knew you were the first time they saw you. Heaven Sent, You should be ashamed of yourselves!

| You are so correct... but there is way way more... he forged signatures with a Notary officer from A&Z Towing, check out the court docs their never ending. He is using his ex wife's mothers name to do his insurance because of his DUI and bad business ethics. He lied and forged his ex wife signature of her rights of assets. No, there is still much more... He has been accused of stalking women even at church see docket c20074554 where the crazy man repeatedly offended. The forging was such a serious matter see No. D-2006 1469 From the state of Arizona Subpoena. He has been sued plenty of times and settled prior to court see one as an example C20082714. DUI served him AA meetings where he stalked the poor lady in docket C20074554. Perhaps this was a place for him to find better victims. He then had an order against his wife V20051381 where he claims his wife was abusive, drug over dose and had criminal action. Hmmm? Did he drive her crazy or is he a lier? Especially when all the documents show he is not only crazy, psycho but a lying thief! Best part is he claimed to be a private investigator... WRONG! Department of public safety issue licensing both in PA and AZ REQUIRED. No history of this man being anything but that. Mind you it's a crime to claim to be a PI and let alone use the option to manipulate and stalk women. He's a predator. BBB was the least of his issues that he ignored bad reviews. Indeed... that was nice in comparison to the courts documents. But wait, he continues to advertise in the CHRISTIAN radio and pretend he is a Saint. PLEASE... |

| i used to work at heaven sent for peter and he is a huge scam artist. i got a dui and became a felon and thought yea someone is giving me a chance cause it was very difficult finding a job. but within a week i couldnt believe my eyes and wanted to quit but knew i couldnt find a job. so stayed. i worked as an office manager and saw all his documents he had cars that never existed or that the car just dissapeared in names of employees and spouses saying they were either paying for it or that he sold it to them. he would also buy cars knowing they r bad and get people to buy them and sell them insurance that would fix the car and would make money for the insurance being bought and for the car to b fixed it is a huge scam he rips of the customer and the insurance company. i was also witness to the improper dumping of hazzardous materials and when a customer reported it he hid every thing and after the person came and cleared him just put everything back and went on as always. then he also have the employees sign his checks to pay bill and employees or for petty cash and then try to have the employees arrested for fraudulently signing his checks or have us drop off cash deposits to the bank and hide the bank slip in dif. year folders and make the employees pay for the deposit. then he would take money from petty cash for his drugs and then say an employee stole it take his check and fire them. he also had me sell cars for him after the dmv called me said his license was revoked and not to sell any cars and had me change dates to try to make it legal there is so much more i told the bbb and attorney general and no one did anything i even told k-gun 9 on your side no one did anything this dude is bad news there is so much more then u all know but i would have to wright a book. |

| Wow I have read these stories and I find it strange that so many facts are non true.who cares about Peters past, especialy the parts that have nothing to do with the car buis.You people will throw Peters name around with no respect to him at all but are not mentioning your name.If these things were true he would not be in buis so be real.If nobody will take your complaint sreiously it may be because you are a felon as you said.I hope you find a new job, its sad when people judje you for your past mistakes isnt it? | WOW I thought the bible said not to judge !! anyhow I bought a toyota from Heaven sent 4 months ago and I love it, I could not get financed any place I went and I only had 1.000 doliars down, I was treated so kind by Dennis and his wife in the office, thank you again lord and heaven sent. |

| These people are scam artist. They sell broken cars that will drive off the parking lot but then later break down. I couldn't believe it.. But that's the way it is. They say there trying to make an honest living but that's just lies. They use Christianity to advertise which is so wrong. They live off ripping people off. Its truly disgusting. I know I am not the only one whose this has happen to.. There has to be more people. HEAVEN SET AUTO SALES is full of crap. Once you arrive on there property for the first time they are incredibly nice, but after you've signed the contract & they have your money it all changes. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I will do everything I could to show Tucson what this dealership is really about. We need to come together as a community & stop people like this, I'm pretty sure people don't enjoy getting robbed. |
