RE: Order #:20110925042529747 On September 25, 2011 at 4:27 I placed an order with Herff Jones for my graduation cap and gown. Unfortunately, I had made a HUGE mistake in this order and canceled it right away (literally, 9 minutes later). After I requested to cancel the order, the company sent an automated response email, but never actually got back with me. The next day, I received the charge of $$235.39 to my bank account and I was livid! I emailed ((and called)) them, but only got a reply that stated that the order number I had provided them was invalid. Ok, so if it's invalid, how the heck were they able to not only process, but charge the order?? I have been emailing for a week now trying to get my money refunded. After this report, I plan on following up with the BBB!
