I told them that I wanted them to show me some results before I would pay anything and that if they didnt produce the results I would not pay. My agent at the time was Moe he seemed to be alright but I felt that something he had said might have worried me at first.

I was told by Jeff that Moe was not handling my account as he had been terminated. Understandable I said OK then who will be handling my account? He stated that at that time he did not know. Hestated tome "that Moe had taken allot of personal information out of the office and that my personal information was gone also". He also stated that "I shouldnt feelbad as I am not the only person thats information is missing". The he went on to tell me that "He was getting a tech in to get into Moes account to see where my file was" He state later that "As far as he can see there where no files of mine there. I keep all of the emails from Moe stating that he had all my files.

As I am believe of someone keeping their word and a person is only good as their word I made a deal with Jeff. I explained to him that I would give him a shot if he would handle my account personally and give me a report to see what and how we are doing. He said that he would be more then willing to do that. So I gave him a shot and still he let me down. Well as of 23 Dec in which I was told he would call me and I waited around as I know he would never answer the phone. I still havent heard from him or anyone that works there.

Well it is December and just talked to a Jeff who is suppose to be in charge of finance.To this date there has been nothing done, except pulling 1000.00 dollars and then over drafting my account twice. Once for 33 usd, and then again for 128 usd. I got smart though I closed that account after the second attempt to take money out. They will not get another penny from me. I suggest that if you do decide to use them I would suggest you set up a account with only one thousand dollars. Then when they dont answer your phone calls anymore you can close the account.

Jeff stated to me that "He would call me on the 23 of December to tell me what they are going to do" this after I asked for a full refund with my over draft fees. I explained to him that I have contacted a attorney and since my personal information and others information was stolen or lost that Home safe America was responsible for that lost and should be held accountable, in this age of identity thief I did not someone selling mine or others info out on some street.

It sad to think that even after the attacks on the World Trade center there are still people the famous additage "We shall never forget". Wow how they forgot that we should stick by our words.

This is not a unfound disagreement, during attempts to contact anyone that would help me. This is a case of internet fraud as this is where Ifound them.I have spoken with a bunch of personal that supposely work there. From Angel, Jeff, Amanda, Joann, and numerous others. The last person I spoke with was Nicole who seemed to care but it was more an act to sooth things over. Also Scott Schrieber is the supposive boss of the company, this is what I was told by some of the people work there. He is always in a meeting so dont expect to speak with him.

One last thing, you can forget about leaving a message, they never listen to them, and never answer there phones unless someone looks across there desk. The people that work there are potty mouths in the case of a femalewhose name I will not publish, and which I am saving for my attorney, the terrible things she said to me where unbelievable and after telling Jeff that he gave me the same Ole line. "I will take care of it".
