These are scam artist that make promises they can't deliver. They use Paypal because Paypal will not protect the buyer when a service is purchased. I advise anyone, if you have already submitted your payment through paypal, do not file the claim as a service. Simply file a claim and say you did not receive the product you purchased. That's it. They will have to provide tracking info, which they cannot, and then they will say it was a service. All you have to say is it wasn't and you will win. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way, and lost my $300. I hate getting scammed, and can only blame myself for believing such nonsense, but It was a gamble and I took it. You win some, you loose some. I feel sorry for the guy from the above link because he lost $1600. On the sales call, the salesperson tried to convince me to spend more. I'm sure they scam some businesses for some big cash.

Anyway here's my story. There was a recording on my phone claiming they could post my ads on Craigslist, and post 1000's per day with there amazing software. I understand this in it self is unethical, but if you can't beat them join them. This is really the only way to compete on CL, since so many others do this. The problem here is that the companies that really can deliver 100's of posts per day, charge big money, so when I heard this was for less than $1 per posts, and I was able to speak to a real person, I had nothing to loose, so I called the number, and spoke to a salesperson that confirmed everything the recording said. I told him all of my concerns, and assured me I had nothing to worry about, and that I was protected from paypal. Now I have learned that the buyers protection on paypal only protects merchandise. In other words the second I sent that $300, I might as well kiss it goodbye. Oh well, lesson learned. I hope nobody else falls for this scam, because that's what it is, Or if you do, use a credit card. They will protect you, Paypal will not.
