I am writing to express my disgust over Safe National of America.
I’ve always known that the store has nothing but bad customer service and poor
quality. But then I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a chance at
buying an IPod. I was totally irritated when a sales clerk came to me and
pushed me into buying an IPod with the IPod Dock, saying I would save a great
deal if I get the tie up. And so I did, not knowing what I was into. I was into
some scam. Indeed a saved a great deal but for what? The Dock system has
distorted sound quality and when I connect it to the IPod, you have to position
it not just once but several times so it could play. I couldn’t wait to get the store and have it
replaced or something, I wasn’t expecting a refusal on their part. So when I
got there, they said that the sound was okay. Well, can’t they distinguish good
quality sound? And here’s more. They said if they’re going to replace it, I
would have to pay the exact price of the dock because it’s not going to be a
tie up anymore because it’s a different model. They’re giving me options and
yet, in the end, it’s for their advantage only. So there goes, I’m disgusted.
