I PLACED AN ORDER WITH BABYSHERE.COM ON JAN 31ST FOR 60 BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT CARDS. MY CREDIT CARD WAS DEBITED FOR ALMOST $100. ON THEIR SITE IT SAYS IT TAKES 2-5 DAYS TO SHIP ORDERS, YET MY ORDER SAYS IT'S STILL IN PRODUCTION 1ODAYS LATER. I HAVE SENT 5 E-MAILS THIS WEEK AND RECEIVED NOT ONE REPLY. I SIMPLY WANTED TO KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED. WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY I LOOKED ON THEIR SITE FOR A PHONE NUMBER AND THERE IS NONE, I NOW THINK THAT POSSIBLY THE ENTIRE SITE MAY BE BOGUS. MANY OF THE INTERNAL LINKS ARE DEFUNCT, THERE ARE NO TESTIMONIALS ETC... I HAVE SEARCHED ONLINE FOR OTHER FEEDBACK (SEE OTHER FEEDBACK ON THIS SITE) ON THE COMPANY AND I DID FIND A REVIEW FROM 2007 WHERE THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY UNHAPPY, IN THEIR CASE THEY RECEIVED THEIR ORDER BUT IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE WAY IT DID ON THE WEBSITE. HE SAID IT WAS SIMILAR TO A CHILDS SCHOOL PROJECT, HE WAS ALSO THREATENING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. THIS HAS MADE ME THINK I WILL PROBABLY NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER NOR WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK.I JUST WANT TO SHARE MY STORY WITH OTHER POTENTIAL CONSUMERS. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I tried to CALL them also, but could not find a phone number. I emailed them, and they responded by telling me that they did not take phone calls, only emails.

I wanted to order from them, but had a question I wanted to get answered BEFORE I paid my money for the order, but they still would not provide a phone number. I finally ordered from another website that had its phone number and all other contact information.
