Inksoutlet.com InksOutlet took money, but never sent ink. They ignore all attempts at communication. Gilroy, California

I ordered a $56 ink cartridge package from inksoutlet.com for the first time last month. (Oct 21, 2011)
On the 28th, I got an email saying the Post Office had received electronic notification to expect a package. That alone, should have told me this company was screwed up. Two weeks later, (Nov 11), while wondering where the heck my ink was, I checked the USPS tracking action list and the ink was never sent. All emails (4 tries) to cs@inksoutlet were ignored. All attempts to call the company (3 tries) go unanswered. I had to make a claim against their charge with my credit card. When my credit card company confirmed that I had a refund, I ordered my ink cartridges from LD Products and the cartridges were delivered to me, two days later. My last email to cs@inksoutlet simply said "You're Fired." It's not too often I find such a blatant and arrogant ripoff company continuing to do business. If you need ink cartridges, don't even think about this company, because you will lose!
