instantcheckmate I signed up for instantcheckmate, can't get web page to even come up, the cost was put on my credit card, they are a ripoff big time

I used th instant checkmate service one time, I know some people had records they came back ok
Now I try to get the web page to come up, it won't do anything it is not my computer, I put the payment on credit card, boy that went though real fast.... someone needs to put a stop to this and get our money returned, mine was the $59.?? charge. .... someone out their help us, I am a widow on fixed income, thought this was a great help for me.. right.
