This low life excuse for a lawyer is nothing more than a lacky for the District Atty's office. He will take your money and sell you out to the D.A.'s office. He has no courtroom experience, depending rather on making a deal, which time and time again has proven to be no deal at all. Instead he will sell you down the river and not think twice about it! He is ethically corrupt and a greedy parasite. If you have the misfortune to hire this piece of human excrement, you will definitely live to regret it! It stands to reason that his partner, Mr. Washington is equally ethically corrupt, given the fact that he has stayed partners with this obviously corrupt shyster. If you have the misfortune to talk to Mr. Heithecker, be wary of phrases like "it will cost you $ 4,000 for me to answer that question". This is nothing more than a greedy bastard taking advantage of people in a desperate state who know nothing of the underhanded tactics of ethically corrupt lawyers. Do not hire Phillip Heithecker for any reason, not even to wash your car. You will get thrown under the bus! I can't stress this enough, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING!

Posting your vitriolic rant anonymously and without any context undermines your credibility and makes any response difficult.

I have handled hundreds of trials, hearings, and case settlements.

My goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for my client - whether by trial or negotiated disposition.

If I advised you that your best option was to resolve your case, than I truly believed it was in your best interest.

If you are brave enough to post your name, and the basic facts of your case, I will respond substantially.

Obviously you are doing well as you have access to the internet and are able to exercise your 1st Amendment right and attack me. Congratulations!
