| November 9, 2011 Wednesday morning around 9:45 a.m. I received a call from this lady and she had told me that I won a sweepstakes and she said I won a free watch and four different magazines for $4.99 and she asked me questions like " Are you single?" and the number she called from a 580 area code number. I called a month later to cancel because I have health issues and going to the doctors isn't cheap for me sometimes. So I got the number 877-216-0134 off of they're sight at the time and called them to cancel everything including my subscription. The lady I spoke with was a young person around 21 to 30 years of age and she told me she had already cancelled my subscription and everything else. I called a few days later to make sure they did cancel. I had to shut my old phone off that my dad was only able to call me on from his home phone. I had to cancel my women's wellness exam because of these charges, I also could not go and still can't go to the doctors to get medicine for my yeast infection and the longer I have to wait to have money the more I have to deal with the symptoms of this and I can't because it's gross and it makes me feel nasty. I am not even a person with poor hygiene, I shower everyday and I am upset about what has happened to me. I am a border line diabetic and I can't even go in to have my blood sugar levels and vitamin d level check because these people took my medical money from me. At the moment I called my bank and they advised me to file a claim against the company for all charges and I am once this current charges goes through. I work for my aunt as her nanny and so I only get paid $200 every week well that sounds like a lot but after I pay all my bills there is only money left for emergencies and what I had saved in my saving I had to take out so my checking account would not go into the negatives. I have nothing all I have is my job the clothes on my back and gifts from my birthday and Christmas. I do not have my own car or apartment due to some terrifying experiences I can't be alone so I live with my aunt. If this company doesn't stop what they are doing I will sue them for everything they have because it's not right to charge people for things they never receive. The sad thing is I should have known it was a scam when the lady mention I won a sweepstakes and I have a chance to win a mustang and/or $25,000 but I was not thinking about it because I was destracted by people in the speech therapy office and I was rushing to get off of the phone. | I get in the same situation right now...that is why i try to find the solution, then i found this. Now I am trying to contact my bank see if they can help me to do anything. I am just a student, i dont really know how to deal with this kind of thing. I live by myself, now, my account became negative, I dont know how can i live until next month i get pay... |
