I recently read a report about InTouch Practice Communications which
explained the unacceptable working conditions from a former employee,
such as myself. I agree with these statements and fully support the
claim. I left earlier than the employee that was let go due to the same
appalling work conditions. In the owners previous statement, he
claimed to have numerous clients willing to vouch for his products. As I
am sure there are some satisfied clients, there are twice as may who
are calling numerous times a day with issues. InTouch Practice
Communications is not a company I suggest working with, nor
supporting. Please feel free to try their products, but I thought it
nesessarry to support my fellow employee's claim that was described as a
"smear campaign" by the CEO and President (husband and wife team.) The comments disgusting comments made by two employees specifically was the final straw for me. Its unprofessional, and unacceptable. And although this was a terrible burden, knowing that the product that they were selling was not yet in the working stages, (i.e. texting feature) then being forced to lie about it, made it impossible to work with. There are plenty of wonderful sites out there that are highly
repritable, I suggest starting with those before spending money on
products from InTouch Practice Communications.
