I paid Al Williams in full to remove negative items as well as inquiries from my credit file. Every time I attempted to contact Mr. Williams he was either on vacation or out of the office but my file was "on my desk". To date he has done nothing in tune with his promises, returned any calls, nor refunded my money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THIS GUY IS A FRAUD AND THIS IS A SCAM.

I had a similar experience. I was skeptical that he could deliver as he promised so I asked him to guarantee his services. He GUARANTEE me a score of 720 or my money back. I competed every task he asked me to complete. After 4 months my credit score had risen slightly but I was still well below 700. He asked me for $200 more so he could use his "Computer Guy" to do some kind of special analysis at which time I asked if the 720 money back guarantee still stood. He said yes. After 3 or 4 months of no further credit score increase it became apparent that he could do nothing further. I brought up the money back guarantee and at first he seemed receptive and offered me 4 more months of his services free of charge. Again, I asked for some kind of credit score increase guarantee because, after all, what good is 4 more months of his services if he is unable to increase my score to his guaranteed level after a year. After I required some kind of score increase guarantee, he more or less dropped this offer at which time I decided to accept half of my money back just to settle this and move on. Once again he was receptive at first but then after dozens and dozens of emails to him he has not followed through and has stopped responding to my emails. I am still willing settle and move on at any point but my experience is that he makes repeated promises that he does not keep and is offended if you question his abilities or his results. I have complete documentation of all of this.

AL WIlliams is a SCAM ARTIST he has ripped countless people off and has robbed alot of money from people including myself!!! He should be prosecuted for his crimes...Do not use him he is a FRAUD and a THIEF!!!
