Joe Kieler lied to the Cityof Des Moines and to the city attorney who bought his lies causing embarrassment to Judge and City Attorney Bergman. Joe claimed wrongly that I was using a gas stove to heat my condo,a city code violation,when I do not have a gas stove or even a gas meter to my condo and never have had any gas appliance. Joe has never been in my condo. A warrant served by four men including a locksmith entered my home to find...1. I have heat 2.I do not have a gas stove.


Joe has a gas stove and may have used this for heat as his unit on top floor may not have heat due toJoe damaging boiler by suffocating with a board across the door for oxygen exchange.


This act was a violation of my constitutional rights and as yet there have been no consequences for his criminal actions.
