Joe RCon Construction Joe Ricupero Keeps promosing to come back finish the job, never does Markham , Ontario

I am putting this report out here so that people looking for Joe knew his new business name, as he changed it recently. Now it is RCon Construction, apparently based in Markham. Joe Ricupero is a con artist who has scammed many. Or, should I say R-Con artist! Shame on him and his father who helps him. The evidence is plenty on this website. Fire him now if you have any dealing with him. In our case he quit on the project without finishing it. Regularly promises to come back and be done in one day. The day never comes. After reading reports on this website I am really worried about the structural soundness of my house. No way I am letting him in anymore. They proud themselves in drywalling and taping, but no wall in the part of my that they did is straight.

Ivan Sergienko of Ajax is an idiot.
This guy breaches contracts to scam out of paying people
the project is 99% completed and then says he doesnt want you to come back and not paying

I hope anyone such as contractors or potential employers researcvh this guy before doing any work or hiring...

He's a real piece of work!

No city of toronto construction permit, drawings, no ESA site license, inspection report, no Ontario plumbing inspection report, no city of toronto general contractor license(?). Any insurance?
Referred by experienced Ontario licensed mortgage broker. Who referred Joe to you?

After the visit by the Electrical Safety Authority inspector, Joe had an electrical contractor come by and according to the ESA the job is in process.

Joe changed his company name again. It's now called York Installations. What a joke. Biggest mistake of my life. Found out he was flirting with my wife during the day when he should have focused on completing my job. I bit my tongue for the whole 3 months because I needed the job complete. Also found out that the person who referred him to me that Joe was flirting with there 19 year old daughter while he should have been working. This is the owner of this company which is married with kids. He is unreliable, un professional, incompetent, a crook and a thief. I don't know how he sleeps at nite.
