JP Morgan Chase Pay Card Fraud - Not associated with Chase Bank - Scam - Do NOT Use Internet

I first recieved the Chase Pay Card through my employer, because I had recently moved and had not yet opened a bank account in my area. The idea was to make it more convenient to receive my money from the company I work for. I noticed an usual charge on my card and it was labeled Flag-Photo.com. I had not made a charge to this consumer. When I looked them up on the internet it said that it was a stock company. When I emailed customer service, all the while thinking I was dealing with Chase Bank, I recieved a response stating I would have to dispute the charge by calling 866-399-2976. I called the customer service line only to get a person on the phone I could not understand. Finally after several minutes I was able to file the dispute. I was asked to fax in an affidavit stating I did not make the charge nor authorize the charge. I sent it the next day. It has been several weeks now and they have continued to say that it is being investigated. When I called last week, another person, not speaking English said that it had been resolved, but the money would not be returned for several days. They had initially given me a number to call for Flag-Photo.com and it was in Great Britain. When I phoned them, they hung up on me. I called, who I thought was Chase Bank back and the foriegner on the other end of the phone said that they had tried to call me but my phone was disconnected. So not true!!! They have continuously lied to me since this whole thing has began. I finally got fed up with trying to communicate with them and went to Chase Bank today, only to have their representative say that they are not associated with them. Okay people, who puts their bank name on a card that they do NOT represent??? I am in dismay and confused on what to do from here, since learning that they are in India to begin with, which explains my lack of communication with them, but more importantly I may not get my money returned. I urge you, if you are a consumer with this card, or an employer trying to get your employees to use it, STOP! It's fraud in it's worse form! I am cancelling the card on Friday whether I get my money back or not, and having it transfered to my credit union, of whom I can trust! I hope this helps someone who is considering using this card.

I ALSO received a bogus charge on my CC for $49.99. But, when I looked up this company (flag-photo.com), I discovered a ridiculous website selling photographs at a monthly premium of, get this, $500!, or, you could go for the fantastic deal of $2, 500 FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR. WOW. The site sells pictures of F'ing street signs. Its 100% BS. These people of fuckin sketchy, and it freaks me out that they got my CC number. If you see any charges from these douche-bags IMMEDIATELY call your CC provider and show them our two very different, but yet very similar, testimonials.

Omg...i wish I would have seen this post prior to getting my Chase pay card through my employer (which I have had for 2 years now)... I had a FOUR Freaking charges from a online company www.cobone.com which is based in Dubai! Guess what service they provide?? Discounts and special deals for businesses in the middle east..WTF!! I don't even have a freaking passport to go to Dubai to even use some coupons!! What a coincidence that the customer service for "Chase" pay card is in India.. They have access to all of our info so why not snag some money out of someone's account that's across the WORLD!! I tried disputing the transaction while it was still pending.. My card got declined at the gas station and I knew I had money..I called immediately just to get told that its pending..i have to wait 3 -5 days for it to post!! WTF! This is the worst consumer protection I have ever experienced.. It has now posted now they tell me to fax a letter.. Still waiting for my money...And the worst part they want me to cancel my card and pay $25 to receive another one which will take 7-10 business days or $34 for express, which I have to pay for express in advance with a credit/debit card!! I will definately be switching financial institutions asap!

I am using a BofA card that I have had for a long time. I will call my bank now and dispute this charge.
