Item didn't fit arrived late now broken

I purchased a cell phone case from Juicybling.com. First of all it took nearly a month to arrive. Their website said they were based in Canada and New York, yet the item shipped from Hong Kong. It cost $40.00, so I expected something absolutely fabulous. It wasn't. The case never fit right, the crystals were glued on in an amateurish manner and then the case broke from me having to put it on so many times (it kept falling off because it didn't fit right.) Emails to juicybling.com have gone unanswered. paypal won't do anything either. So I am out $40.00 for a broken case. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a case for Christmas on 12/06 expecting in 15 or so days, and it took over a month to receive it. I read they do business out of Canada, but it was sent from HK. I would not have ordered it know it came from overseas. I returned it unopened, but they say they want to charge a restocking charge. I will dispute it with my CC company if I have to pay for the return postage and a restocking since I received the poduct way past when it was promised and it was misrepresented from where I was purchasing it from.
