This website advertised free trail risk free
order number: 22nd of september.

full charge $86.99
The free trial was a link from an article & when entering payment details i agreed to pay the small amount of approx $2.99 which was the stated trial amount even though they initially stated it was FREE...
The order was made on the 7th Sept 2011 & the order no. is 35948.
Then i received the product in the mail without a statement/receipt.
Since that time have not been able to find a contact number for the company to cancel/return the product..

My wife also did exactly the same as you Tracy S and it was a bit tricky to close the account but can be done. Firstly yes the product has an address in UK but the Company is actually in USA, so if yo wish to close account you would have to phone USA on (00) 2035141398 wait a good ten seconds to be connected then phone will ring through to USA number. Once on the line quote your A/C No or email address or Name and address depending on who answers, once account is accessed ask for it to be closed immediately, you should then be given a cancellation/closure number and then thats it. But and there is a but, i( calls to USA are not cheap and it depends who your land line goes through for rate charged 2) if you have any outstanding balance they will try to collect so immediately block your card of do that first before you call and get issued with new card with new number, takes about 7 days for new card to arrive. Hope this helps and now remember you get nothing for nothing in this world, best in future to live on that principle, let me know if I can assist anymore.

Tracy S also if you click on complaint just before yous you will see a lot more letters in reponse. Go down to message left by idiot and you will see that the number I gave does work and you can cancel account, good luck with your endevours

As said above UK number does work and gets you through to USA so hopefully other numbers work also, good luck.

I just did exactly as above, got through and cancelled account... so hopefully that will be it...
