K & B Transportation Western Livestock Liars and Fruad committers South Sioux City, Nebraska

I can not believe all of the reports that I have read about K & B Transportation. Here is my story. I drove for them in Nov. 2010. I could not believe all of the profanity spoken words from all of the instructors, that to me is just unprofessional. I informed them that my father passed away and that I need to get home. The VP approved for me to take the truck back to them and I went home. Know I have a copy of my HireRight report and the report that I violated company policies; late pick ups and deliveries; Unathorized location without notice; and contact personal. I called K & B and spoke to Brent. He said that is what they always do, is that when you leave, its reported as you abandoned the equipment even if you did bring the equipment back to us. That is not abandonment under the laws. I did file unemployment against them, I was first denied and I appealled. That has some young kid represent them, and yes he had no experience or clue what he was doing, I won my appeal and they had to pay me unemployment. Also, I live here in Nebraska. Now here is another catch. I received a call from the Nebraska unemployment office and they informed me that they over paid me, and that I was denied benefits for the company Western Livestock, I informed her that Western Livestock and K & B Transportation are the same company, when she double checked on it, she informed me that I was right, the signatures of both companys are the same. They are now investigating it. K & B, you have been busted, try fighting your was out of that investigation, maybe that young kid can represent you. I am now talking to an attorney and I will be filing a Class action lawsuit against them. Anyone that wants to be a party in this class action lawsuit please feel free to contact me. In form in your letter that you are demanding all information and evidence that they have in support of their reports to your HireRight report, and that if they do not provide it to you or respond back to you, that you will take legal actions against them.
