I purchased a pair of Jordan sneakers from kicksbay. They were damaged and of poor quality.To retun them was very expensive! I did not know that they were coming from China.They also charged a 20% restocking fee, which is not fair! They sent out merchandise that should not have been sent out in the first place. Forget about trying to get your money back , all they do is give you the run around ! They are a Big Ripoff. It's a Big Scam...

Sorry to hear that. I know where this site operates. Though their website has been closed, they are still operating using another website. The complete address is Don Gil Garcia St Onael Bldg Capitol Site Cebu City Philippines. Report their office and you get to take your revenge. Let FBI or NBI of the Philippines handle this one.
