After a month the designer send me an email telling me that he was sick in the hospital and will try to do whatever he can to finish the work in a week. But he did not answer again in another month.

After a month I called him and I asked that if he did not want to finish the job he could send me at least the files he already did or some of them as I did not get anything and already paid. Again he said he was going to do that but never did.

After 3 days he asked me for more money if I wanted him to send me the files. This guy is a very bad professional and a swindler as he never kept his word.
