|Ordered through this company was Item Sku# A06740000C TrustFire 880mAh 16340 Li-ion PCB Rechargeable Battery & Double Charger Kit for $11.09. This is a specialty/proprietary size battery type for type of flashlight While shipping was free along with tax it's clear this company has customer service and shipping issues that other companies with similar sources/countries of origin do not and which I have ordered with successful regularity in the past: #1) The order was placed on 9/5/2011 and we did not receive it until 9/21/2011. The site clearly posts that:"For regular post service, the delivery time in America & Canada is roughly between 7-14 business days." When we placed the order we kept checking the order history at their site www.laserpointerworld.com and after day 3 called and emailed them and did not receive a reply for a few more days concerning the shipment and the reply was by email. The phone number given is 650-461-9239 which goes to voice mail. The voice mail phone has area code 650 which is a California area code so the delay in reply back had me wondering. Items arrived clearly marked as from Hong Kong: Here are the addresses on the outside of the package: 1)Ansital Logistics Limited PO Box No. 91468 T.S.T. Hong Kong 2)AIRMAIL Unit A, 7/F No. 100 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan Hong Kong. Note: on the customs declaration stamp the items were described as 'BULB' with a weight of .5kg. and total value of $10 The invoice gives the following addresses for this 'company': laserpointerworld.COM China Office Address (For Item Return & Exchange) Blk 4, West 5 floor B-1, Saige Kejiyuan, Husqiang Road, Futian, Shenzhen, China 515028ha UK Office Address(Not for receiving return package) DINODIRECT LLC LTD, The Meredian Copthall House Coventry West Midlands UK Hong Kong Office Address (Not for receiving return package) Room 1505, 15th Floor, World Wide House, 19 Des Voeux Road, Central Hong Kong USA Warehouse Address (Not for receiving return package) 8605 Santa Monica Blvd #22395 Los Angeles, CA 90069 Canada Warehouse Address (Not for receiving package) 191 160 est av N.D.I.P. quebec Canada J7V8P9 Note: None of these addresses are listed on the www.laserpointerworld.com website! #2) The battery charger is damaged/defective and only charges two batteries on one side and it's supposed to be able to charge 4! The company return policy states:'Returns & Replacements Lasersman is pleased to offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping cost. No questions asked! Please note this offer does not apply to our portable laser units.' How can this policy ever be honored when it took my order 16 days to arrive? Multiple emails to their customer service resulted in replies back that did not acknowledge the damaged/defective items in question. Instead, they were confirmations of the shipment of the order. They were clearly unable to honor a simple product replacement and had I sent the products back I would have to pay a shipping fee and would likely end up with another defective battery charger or none at all thus losing what was spent completely! #3) My warning to shoppers: if you choose to buy through www.laserpointerworld.com or any other site affiliated with them consider your purchases as a 'one time buy' with little chance of a return policy being honored. If you don't mind buying things sight unseen with a chance of the item/s being defective then go ahead! Foresight is better than hind sight, at least that's what I've tried to provide here by posting my report here.|

As for the slow shipping, all the lasers are customized according to customers' special requirements, it usually takes about 30 days, and the delivery time is about 7-14 business days( due to some unpredictable reasons, such as bad whether or boom season, it will take a little longer). A notification Email will be sent to your email box? once the package is shipped out, please check your email box by then. Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated!
As for the return policy, if the item you got was defective, you do not have to send it back, we will resend a new one without any extra charge.
