Lean Spa Mailed products not ordered. I ordered a sample & paid shipping. They then charged me $79.00 for the sample & anohter $79.00 for one I did

I ordered a sample of lean spa &lean spa cleanse. i paid shipping for both. i received both bottles in just a couple days. I called 16 days later to cancel & received a rma# to return a product that had not yet shipped. when i received my credit card billing, i was billed $79.00 twice on apr. 9. when i called leanspa 1-800-839-9990 they said i did not cancel soon enough & my othe bottle (just one bottle) was on its way. i called again today. with no results. last week i saw a stiry on 9 news, about the scam they are running. this product does not work. how can they charge you for a sample & bill your card for the other bottle(only one bottle-not 2) i have sent the other bottle back& how amasing-they have not received it. how do these people scam so many in hopes of loosing weight.
