Liju Wu of Lee Motorcycle Fairings & Fittings Co was our contact during this ordering and refund process. My buddy used my PayPal account to order Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R fairings. Once we received these fairings he found they were the wrong parts and did not fit his bike. Rather than contact him via email and started the refund process via PayPal to file a dispute for a refund. It is my understanding that a dispute is between the buyer and seller and the seller has an opportunity to respond to the buyer. Instead, the seller immediately escalates the dispute to a claim stating that he was wronged and that I am a fraud and that he would put me on his blacklist on his website. PayPal rules in our favor and refunds the money. I thought I was entitled to a refund of return shipping as well so I requested the money from the seller in which he cancelled. I figured it was a mistake that he sent the wrong product. I was satisfied with PayPal's findings. I return the product and the seller refunds the money. I checked his website and found that he had placed me on his blacklist on his website along with my buddy's and my contact information. I would think this is in violation of PayPal terms of service, since he is posting otherwise private information publicly. I sent him an email kindly requesting that he remove our contact information. He claims I was frauding him, which I do not understand since he received the product and I received my money. I just don't like my contact information being posted on his website. I hope to warn people before doing business with this individual and/or company.

The buyer buy kawasaki-ninja-zx6r-2000-2002 fairings, pay via paypal, when he got order, he open paypal dispute immediately say we send wrong model (1998-1999) to he. not give us any remind or photo or email to show his problem. fortunately, we keep the real photo before send out this fairings, all proof show we not send wrong model and paint work is excellent.

The buyer say he open dispute the purpose is want negotiations with us, but if we not have proof in hand, this disput will very difficult to explain we not send wrong model.. then we offer all proof to paypal service. paypal judged the buyer need send back fairings and we need refunds full money to buyer. ok we respect paypal judged and we refunds full money after we got return stuff. Now the buyer send paypal request ask we pay 108us$ to he for fee again.

The case show some buyer want abuse paypal protect policy to got illegal profite, even them not want negotiations with seller and not want feedback problem, them just want the money back and damage seller profite. if we not keep proof show we not send wrong model, his dispute will succeed.

The fairings business is difficult business, because the the fairings is ABS plastice, and need paint as buyer order, some time the buyer don't satisfied his order just cause may he don't like again or the color not as his mind or he order error model can not install or his bike have special refit before, many many reason will lead to disput. we never cheat or trick customer, because it is no possible to do that if we accept via paypal.

Any business, we just need fair chance. such as this case, the buyer not ready notice us before he open dispute in paypal. and after paypal refunds money to he, he ask extra money.

Now we just find this article, i'd like to reduction facts, fair, fair, we are in a dictatorial state, fair is signality for us. even we can give up any business if we need do it as a slave.

I have ordered a set of fairings from this website for my 1999 Kawasaki ZX9-R and they have done a complete custom paint job for me at no additional charge. They sent me several pictures of the actual fairings when they had completed the manufacture process to verify that this is exactly what I wanted and that it was for the correct model and year. There was shipping difficulties through no fault of Lee's Motorcycle Fairings ( it actually turned out to be the fault of USPS), but Lee's helped me through this because I contacted them directly when my fairings did not arrive. They asked me to get a letter from USPS verifying that my packagae was not delivered and when I did get the letter, I supplied it to Lee's Motorcycle Fairings through e-mail and they put through a new order for me that same day. They were always respectful and willing to communicate with me, even when I was initially upset that I had not recieved my product. I would reccommend this company to others and my only advice that I can give to people worried about the previous complaint here would be to start at the lowest possible level and actually contact the company with any issues that you may have instead of going right to a third party.
