| I was contacted by one of the two companies on April 16, 2010. They made it sound like they were from my credit card co. They said that because I was such a great customer on my credit card that they were offering me $150.00 in free gas coupons that they would be sending out to me within the next 10 days. I do not recall them saying anything about charging me for any other offers. On May 17, 2010 I checked my bank statement on line and discovered two charges that I had no Idea what they were for. It took my a half hour of searching to find Leisure Time Savings and a phone number for them. I called 1-800-307-4149 and talked to a Joe and he then told me the $29.85 charge was a result of the phone call on April 16th. I explained I had never received the promised packet and he stated the charge would be removed within 2 to 10 days. I was then given a confirmation # for the cancellation. I then began searching for the other business and found this website. After reading the first comment I realized I had been the victim of fraud. I then called Joe back and he told me the other company was a separate entity and gave me the 1-800-315-3904 phone number to talk to that company. The woman who answered Octavia was very rude, she could not pull up my "account" by my phone number. and tried to tell me I had no account with them. I finally told her I had been charged $29.95 by their company and she asked me my name and found the account. At that time she began rattling on that the 30 days had expired yesterday . I asked her if she would please listen to me as I had not received any "packet" as promised. she spoke over me and said no I needed to listen to her. She then stated because I had not received the packet and it was only yesterday that the 30 trial had expired, she would reverse the charge and cancel the account. This scam needs to be stopped. there is no telling how many people have been attacked by these people. |

| Very good information I had a hard time tracking Leisure time saving down. They charge me $28.95 from my credit union account. And it was posted at my credit union as Leisure with a partial # which were 866-327-9. Any one who find this there # is 1-800-307-4149. Do not take an offer of free gas it is an rip off. |

| Wow, I was contacted and offered a couple of savings memebrships for my family of four and was asked if i would be intrested in $120 in gas for reviewing these two services, I was told i would only pay $2.95 each for the kit's that i agreed to recieve, I was told that even if i cancel my membership, i could still keep and use my gas rebates threw out the year, I agreed it all sounded really great! I recieved my kit's about 8 day's after the offer. I received my registration form for my gas vouchers, and with it came a brouchure and all the information i needed to go online to benift from the programs. At first i had a hard time logging in, after reviewing my materials i found a 1-800-# i could call for customer service i needed help navigating threw the diffrent benifit options. I gave my membership id # to a customer service representitve, he located my memberhsip, reminded me i was in a 30 day trial, he made me aware of my shipping and handling fee, and asked how can i help you? I told him i needed help finding my way around web site, I told him i was trying find dining discount and movie discounts for my family this weekend, I needed somone in a hurry, I was on my lunch break! He was very helpful, telling me to go to the dining button, click it, put in my zip code of the area i was going to, view the diffrent coupons, when i find one that i want click and drag the coupon to the shopping carts on the righ hand side of the screen, when i am done click print ! I did and i had coupons printed write in my office, ready to use for this weekend! I had a great weekend with my family and saved some money doing it! I did ask about the $29.00 dollar a month, I was told if it was something i wanted to keep and not pay $29.00 a month, they would cut the price to $14.00 a month! I think i will keep it for a little while after my trial. It does help save my family and i alittle money! I did recieve great customer service, my rep was calm, cool and colective, and very patient.
