Lexington Law promises to remove negative items on your credit report for a setup fee of $99.95 and subsequent months for $89.95 - a special fee. After having their service for five weeks, they reported to one credit agency. I have sent them my credit report (all three agencies) on three separate occasions. They continue to tell me that I did not send them my reports or I sent them to the wrong place. After I threatened to cancel, they said they would upload my reports.
They have this bogus website with Case Valets in which you are supposed to enter your information. It is to make you think they are working when all they do is send form letters to the credit bureaus in hopes that they cannot dispute and so they remove the report. Lame.
All of my e-mails and phone calls result in snotty customer service ("paralegals") people telling me that they were waiting to hear back which will take at least 90 days. In the meantime, you pay $90 dollars each month to sit and wait - best case scenario.
Do not pay for this service. You can get faster results on your own.
