LG South Africa In House Phalaborwa LG dishwasher rusting 8months old. Send in 3weeks ago. Machine abused by retailer and repair tech. No re

I bought a LG dishwesher from In House Phalaborwa on 25 06 2010. I went to them 3 weeks ago and report that there is marks on the inside bottom pannel It looks like rust and when I took a papertowel and rub over it, there were rust on it. They send a driver to collect the dishwasher who load it in a car down on its backside. I told him it's new and spotless and make him sign a letter stating that he took it in perfect condition. In House send it to Marais TV Repairs in Hoedspruit who do LGs repair work. My husband phoned them and they said they would rub it with salt to remove the stains. They were very rude. Last week In House phoned me and said the dishwasher is there and we can have a look at it. When we arrived it whas wet inside, even more rust, scratched inside and outside. The door is damaged. They said Marais repairs said it is dirt and I didn't use salt. This is not true.I rinse every thing before loading the washer. There were stil salt inside when they took it from my house. In House contacted LG customer services who wil not give an answer before talking to the technician. First they wanted foto's. In House sent it. We can't get an answer out of them. We phone and is told they would come back to us. Nothing I had a defy dishwasher before the LG for 8years. It's still working and spotless in my children's home.
