We began work with AGIS, LLC over 2 years ago for a software solution for our business (aACE). We were told this software was production-ready but we found the complete opposite to be true. After over 1 1/2 years dealing with this company, we had over $10,000 tied up in simple changes and bug fixes to their software and we never did go live with it because of how terrible it was. They refuse to provide any sort of refund and only want to play games with us. We had a friend in the industry who we had originally turned onto their software and they ripped him off for over $10,000 too. Michael Bethuy, Susan Swartz, and Brian Voll are all involved with this company, and running this scam together. They will convince you early on that YOUR business is not a perfect fit for their software and they will recommend a series of changes and fixes to make it fit. They insist on having long, drawn out "training" sessions with you on the phone and will milk you for every hour they can... driving that final bill higher and higher. I would advice EVERYONE to stay away from Michael Bethuy, AGIS, LLC, aACE, Susan Swartz, and Brian Voll.

Dear Reader,
We decided we needed to end the relationship with Chris Miller. We never received payment for the large majority of our services nor did he purchase our software. I would encourage you to read the following account from Xicom (as their experience with Chris Miller was similar to ours) and in particular the findings of the arbitration panel:

To fellow business owners, please be aware that Chris Miller of A.E. Miller Co (promopunch.com, distributortalk.com, sellpromos.com) has done this to at least two businesses. We have every reason to believe there is at least a third, based on having received an email from Chris Miller intended for a different service provider and a quick Google search.
Should prospective clients be concerned about Chris Miller's complaint, please contact us for more information. We genuinely hope that the information provided above, the anomalous nature of his complaint, our affiliations, and other publicly available information give you every confidence to work with us. |
