I think I should get my $1000.00back becouse didnot do the job and I did not have the money to spend but they said they could do mes ome good. The bank was to forgoing closed on me.

I figured as much. They call veraciously over and over. I told them I already had a modification person working on it - and they went into the spill about how they could do it better. They tried to convince me that they got my info from my mortgager - but I knew it was BS - so I called my mortgager and asked. They said they are not affiliated with them at all. Apparently this First Liberty Consultanes just do the mediation - the same as the homeowner can do - but if they are able to get results, it is because you were able to get results yourself without their help - had you tried. Many people get freaked out and intimidated about working with their lenders themselves and think a third party wil help - but it doesnt. It's like paying someone to go to the store and pick up a loaf of bread ... sure you could pay them - but you could also get off your duff and do it yourself and not pay the fee for them to do it for you.
