sign my son up for karate in July of 2011 used my visa mac card, Mike never said anything about a contract, sign me up for a year contract without telling me, asked if he could quit anytime, Mike said yes, went to quit in March, he said fine, tool out the $99.00 in April, called up he said he would credit my account, didnot credit my account took out another $99.00 for May, went to the lions den talked to Marty said Mike no longer worked there . Marty said he wasnot getting my money ,that educational funding company had it, called them up they laugh said I have to get my money from Marty he has it. Marty keeps saying he doznot have my money. I had to cancelled my visa card and the bank is checking into it hopfully I will get my money back.
