First off, I would like to say that all telemarketing companies are not crooked and deceptive. I had a conversation with an IRS agent yesterday regarding this situation and he gave me forms to download, print, fill out and return with any supporting documents. Basically, anyone I have spoken to that has worked for this company has received only less than 10% of their pay. So, I got to thinking... when MBH / MARKETING BY HEIDI, LLC / APPOINTMENTSRUS,LLC and whatever other name Ms. Heidi Mills creates does their tax return (if they even file one at all...guess we will find that out soon enough), in order to back up the income she is claiming that she received from the EPS90 reps and whatever other companies she has duped into letting her represent them ...she probably shows 100% of the payroll expenses. Hmmm, pay me 10% of what I actually earned and pocket the other 90%. Nice work if you can get it! Where I come from, that is not only Tax Fraud but THEFT TO ME...THE PERSON WHO NEVER GOT THE OTHER 90% OF MY PAY!!!! Help me Judge Alex! I would love to see Ms. Heidi Mills and Joseph Mills explain this on TV! According to the Akron Police/Detectives, this is a Civil suit. I found that out when I called yesterday and spoke to them because they had not responded to our notices to them. Yes, I am on top of this. It is their contention that what she has done is unethical, but not illegal.
Well, anyone who wants to know what is wrong with this country today....HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT COMPARISON!!!???? Now that got me thinking. Civil? Small Claims Court? If I go after Heidi Mills in Small Claims Court, that would mean SHE HAS TO COME TO ME....HERE IN PA. I think I am about 5 or 6 hours away from her :) If my other co claimant sues her, that is another trip to PA for her. My point is...if you were "had" by these people...take out a summons in small claims court. If she does not show up, then she loses by default and a judgement is placed against her. Either that or if she does come, she starts racking up frequent flyer miles! My idea is that we, the UNPAID, start a class action Lawsuit against Ms. Heidi Mills. That will be my next virtual shopping trip, a class action lawyer to take on this case! There is a whole slew of ripoff reports filed here thus far , , (this one was on scaminformer.com )
, , Also, she places her deceptive ads ALL OVER THE PLACE. When you google that telephone number this is what came up on 3 pages on google. |

With you in the hope of iling a class action suit on Marketing by Heidi LLC (MBH), and appointments R US LLC as I have gotten ripped off by them also for work I did for them in Nov 2010 and still have not gotten paid a red cent since. Hope that more people will come forward and can put these two scam artists Heidi Mills and Joseph Mills out of business. I am the other peson that got ripped off by them in PA
