Hey everyone, Lets say that I made a huge mistake in hiring a guy by the name of Frank Navarro known as Dave Navarro that runs MasterFX.com. He live semi close to me so I got to meet the guy and talk to him about my goals. I am 19 years old and am trying to start a business with limited funding that I had saved up. When we sat down and talked he seemed pretty confident and his refrences had checked out for SEO work. Lets say that it started and ended there with any business. He required payment for promotions and building the website ahead of time. I am stupid and did not form a contract because he "didnt believe in contracts". I paid him to do the website and he did but then he never promoted it like he said. When we met he promised front page of certain keywords and lets say I am not even close to that. I paid him 1139.00 total because I had faith in him and felt he could get the promotions and job done to get me on the front page of google on certain key words. All of the payments were done through Paypal and I am trying to work with them about a solution. After he build the website we talked once and now he refuses to answer my calls, emails, or anything. He deny's my calls because it rings sometimes 2 times, 3 times, and 4 times. He has not done what he said he would and now is taking my money and running. My goal here is to let everyone know that this guy is a scam and if you ever run into him DO NOT use his services because he will lead you on, steal you money, then take off. I can not imagine how many other people have gotten RIPPED OFF. Thanks for reading Mac
