Memory Lane Classmates.com My bank account got charged with no authorization Internet

On the 17th of this month, I found an authorized charge of $39.00 from Memory Lane, which has taken over classmates.com. I never used any of their garbarge because I have NO USE for it and I KNOW I never joined them in any way, shape or form. I called them complaining and after much dispute, was granted a $37.73 credit, but as I was hanging up she said she was taking my classmates.com profile off...the very one I had had for 4 yrs and never paid a dime for. I went to the sight and on their OWN website, it has a section to the right that says classmates.com FREE, so I immediately called back again, massively angry and demanded my profile be reinstated. After listening to baloney about they don't charge people's cards without approval and saying it was an "automatic renewal" - how can you "renew" something I never had in the FIRST place - this rep said she was going to reinstate my profile. I am going to check but told both of them I would be adding my complaint on Ripoff report along with many others.
