Mluuo Have taken payment for goods, then withheld them demanding same price again for bogus customs costs. Now won't refund Internet

I recently purchased an Apple i pad directly from China via a website www.mluuo.com. All seemed to be going well until I requested shipping references & delivery dates.
At this point I received the following email - (The customs confirm us, all of the products are in hand of them ,
They said : we must pay 100% tariff of the products's total cost
Now , there are two ways to solve this problem ,
1. You must pay 100% tariff of the total product , It is 363 USD * 100% = 363 USD , after you pay the money , we send the money to the customs and ask them to send your product at once
2. You can continue buy , China has a rule : If the total cost of any products reach to 1000 USD , then , you only need pay 5% tariff , but , you do not worry , our company can pay the tariff for you !
then we also can send all of your products to you immediately!) I informed them I was not prepared to part with any more money & would like a refund. Funnily enough I have had no further correspondence from them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is obviously a big scam but is a very legitimate looking operation.
I'm now $363 down!
