Received a call from Sam Parker (heavy accent) stating that I accepted a 600.00 loan from moneynowusa. I informed him that I did not, and he kept insisting that I he had proof. I kept asking him what I did wrong as he never stated that I owed any money just that he had proof and that he would send to the courts. When I told him to fax me the "proof" he stated he would do that in 1 hour without having or asking me for a fax number. He fumbled thru his word when I asked him to send me proof and even fumbled worse when I told him that I would have my lawyer contact him. He gave me a contact phone number which I called back and after 10 - 15 rings a man with a heavy accent answered "hello". When I try to call the number on my called ID 714-685-2358 all you get is a busy signal. I have tried the "contact" number 281-846-3874 several times since and it either rings and rings or dead air. The scary part is he had the last 4 digits of my social. I have reported this to the credit bureaus and my bank as well.

I received a phone call today from Rachel Fernandez, also heavily accented, stating in November 2010, I took out a 300.00 loan and because of late fees and interest, I now owed over 600.00 and they would send me to court. The number that showed up on the caller id was 818-532-9297. I went to my bank and they gave me a print-out of my account from October 1 to December 31, 2010 and I had no deposits from this Money Now USA either. They had my address, my phone number, my social and dob! I kept calling back and it either rang or had dead air. Finally, the twentieth time I called, the same lady answered and all she said was "YES?" I blew my stack! I called the sheriffs department in Irvine, CA, the address she gave me after arguing for half an hour, and it was incorrect... Plus the Money Now USA number is 888-762-7291!!! I contacted my bank, the police and called the credit bureau as well. Dont ever send money to the people that call you unless they fax you certified documents and you know that you did take a loan from them!!!
