MOTOROLA VERY POOR WARRANTY SERVICE MOTOROLA, Internet

Bought new Motorola Defy+ in Germany, cannot use it as HotSpot, have written to Motorola more than 20 times, they just play broken record and ask the very same questions over and over. Service center doesn't want anything to do with the device. All in all extremely bad service from a major cell phone manufacturer.So, don't know how it works in the US, but let me warn yu of buying their products here in Europe, much better service from other cell phone manufacturer.
