Do not use these people. Rob is a total rip off artist. He acts like he cares and is sincere to get you in and when he has you, he treats you like shit. His contracts say the 9th the payment positively needs to be received but if you are late past the first. He sends letters that he adds late fee, certified fee and all. He does not go by his contracts. He does not work with you at all. I would never use these people. Plus he says climate control and the storage lockers are freezing. He has no heat. He is a liar. BEWARE. Contract says if money not received postmarked by 9th of the month you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. He does it the first of the month. I don't know how he gets away with it. There needs to be a lawsuit against him.
