Nancy and Kevin Devine put a deposit on a puppy and sent a signed contract with signing it stating that there are no refunds on puppies as well as it states it right on our website too the same exact thing after consulting with emails to 2 of our most current buyers of puppies from us and also reading our testimonials that are posted right on our website. They have failed to call nor email and tell us for any reasons why or any excuses why either. When we called them on the phone and asked them about it, they stated no response whatsoever just responded in an ugly manor that they did not want the puppy anymore, and said that they will send $12.00 fee on our account for stopping the payment. So far they sent nothing and have failed to answer any emails. They are dead beat customers, if I were you I would NOT sell to them at all whatsoever, you most likely will never hear from them again ever after they buy a dog from you, that is if they do end up buying one. I would NOT sell to them because I would want to have close contact with all of our babies once leaving our home.
