False electrical goods website

Ordered from this site, paid by bank transfer (should have been suspicious right there)

No contact aside from the automated responses.
No answer from the non-existent or disconnected "customer services" number
Googled their stated address and found another company there. Called that company, who stated they never heard of Narmontech and do not share the building with anyone
Called the bank to which I made the transfer. They confirmed the account is already under investigation. Thanks to the wonders of UK banking law, they can only transfer money back to me if the account holder agrees. Yeah, sure that will happen.

Judge for yourself, but I would put those facts together and conclude SCAM

I'm having the same issue. Paid them £191 the other day, and as you say I should have been suspicious with the bank transfer.

Nothing back from them at all, despite numerous emails etc and have never heard a thing back.

Did you get any further? Seems like a fairly elaborate scam to go through with setting up the website etc, but I guess it's worth it!
