Navisis Financial
Boiler room brokerage firm.
13th of Jan, 2012 by Jkevorkian
Navisis financial is a fraudulent investment operation out of Chicago Illinois. They hire rookies out of college, abuse them throughout the training program, and churn and burn clients accounts. This firm is only out to make money for themselves and not in best interest of the client. The CEO Jack Bruscianelli is the head of this sleaze brokerage firm. He is a crook of crooks as well as his brother Mark Bruscianelli and others in Management. They will lose you money for sure and I advise you to keep your investments out of their hands. If you have investments there, I'm sure you are down on your money so pull it out and give it to an honest advisor not this firm they will rob you blind.

navisis finanical and formally national securities corporation are big time scam artist running a boiler room telemarketing firm the two owners from chicago and the manger in oakbrook, headquaters Kevin Keane are all employed for the purpose of stealing your money, your kids money, any way they can, they will make empty promises all the while racking up costs, there firms enlist paper companies that they will try to get you to invest in and then dilute the stock to the point of worthlessness and leave you with nothing, if you see or hear anything involving these names, i suggest you run like hell and do not look back!

yes Kevin Keane is a scumbag and also a major racist. He is a bigot, a racist and a thief. FINRA should investigate these assholes for they have no good intentions with investors hard earned money. the Bruscianelli brothers Jack & Mark, are major crooks themselves and the whole firm is a pyramid scheme. i feel sorry for investors who invest with this firm they will lose their money point blank.

The report above makes several misstatements that deserve correction. First, Navisis Financial is an investment firm, not a “telemarketing firm.” While Navisis may speak with its clients on a regular basis, it does so for the purpose of ensuring that each client is satisfied with the investment strategy created jointly by the client and his/her broker and to verify that there have been no changes requiring an adjustment to that strategy. Thus, Navisis frequently monitors the satisfaction of each of its clients to confirm that they are working well with their brokers. Without satisfied, profitable clients, Navisis could not maintain its successful investment firm.

Second, Navisis’ brokers cannot “steal” money just as it cannot “dilute stocks” or “enlist paper companies”. To suggest such things is an absurdity. Navisis’ brokers are bound by the SEC and FINRA regulations, and cannot continue to do business in two separate branches in the Chicago-land area without strictly adhering to these laws and regulations. Furthermore, there are a number of checks and balances in place to ensure that brokers are in compliance with all such laws. National Securities Corporation, the registered broker dealer, provides compliance and supervisory oversight to make certain that all regulations are being upheld.

But it is not enough that the brokers are simply in compliance with the laws. Navisis values its clients’ accounts, follows the clients’ stated investment objectives, while working hard to obtain the best possible returns for their clients. Thus, Navisis stands by continuing to provide customer satisfaction.

Respectfully,
Executive Management

The first two posters are correct. Navisis Financial churns your stock to make commissions. They do not care about their investors. Check Mark and Jack Bruscianelli against the FINRA broker list for complaints. Beware, if you invest with them, they are the only ones who will make money.

The above posts complaining about this company are grossly misleading and irresponsible. Not only are the first three posts clearly by the same person, (you can tell by the juvenile grammar, terrible punctuation, and failure to adhere to basic sentence structure), but it is obvious that they were not happy with the outcome of their own personal financial decisions. If you take on risk you should expect all possible outcomes.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and am shocked to even find such childish and vindictive posts. They have provided myself and my family with honest and professional financial services for years, and have gone above and beyond on many occasion. In these difficult economic times, very few companies understand the needs of the struggling middle class and I can say, as a very satisfied customer, Navisis does.

honestly/prevails is written by either jack or mark bruscianelli. You will not find any investor anywhere who uses these individuals for the long term. Just ask them for references from any investor who has been with them over 4 years. They do not exist.

I agree, honesty prevails must be an employee of the firm who has private stock in the company. Navisis will charge you on loosing trades theyve recommended to you, tell you they wont and charge it as a markup hoping youre dumb enough not to notice it. They will also go around and tell their brokers to buy certain stocks that theyve done no anylitical research on and damn near force every broker to put their clients in them. Ask any client how they were convinced to by GSVC and lost about 50% on the trade. Research the managers. Mark Bruscianelli, Jack Brucianelli, Kevin Keane, Mike Arnsman. check them out on Finra Broker check and thats all the proof you need. Everyone whos worked for them who has an ounce of integrity has left the firm due to what theyve seen with their own eyes. Stay away.

BTW, Honesty Prevails is none other than Kevin Keane. The old branch manager of the Wheaton office which was shut down due to shadiness. He is now in charge of the trainee program in Chicago. Misleading new trainees into bamboozlling prospected clients into a horrible situation.

Navisis Financial's reputation is definitely merited and if you've ever worked for them you would know why. If you've invested with them then you know why they have such a bad reputation as well. If you decide to work for them it is a way to get your foot in the door to being a Stockbroker but keep in mind that once you are licensed you are on your own and will have to pay them back if you leave early. If you have invested with them then you probably lost a lot of money on GSVC. They make money off of buys or sells so to them it doesn't matter what happens in your portfolio. They use financial analyst 'Dorsey Wright' to tell them what to buy and sell because nobody in the company does their own homework. If you invest with them ask them about buying a bond or mutual fund and watch them try to talk you out of it because it is too long term for them and they wouldn't make money off of it.

In short, they do not steal money or enlist paper companies but they do churn accounts. I saw it everyday I was there for 6 months. They will call you on the second to last tuesday of the month and tell you how you should "move to cash" or switch asset classes just so they can make a few dollars. Only one broker trainee out of about 13 is still with the company after everyone else left and he steals all the accounts from the unlicensed guys and is beloved by management.

Everything said in the previous posts by individual investors is correct. Please be aware that EVERYONE, including the compliance officer, is corrupt. Do yourself a favor and learn from those of us who have lost HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars to these crooks. The SEC should, and has been informed.
